Three awards will be offered at IST 2020: one for best paper, one for best poster and one for the best IST2020 Gallery contribution. The winners will be acknowledged during the closing ceremony on the final day of the conference.
The best paper award will target emerging and early career scholars. To be considered for the Best Paper Award, we ask that scholars:
(1) meet the eligibility requirements (IST2020_paper_award_eligibility),
(2) fill out a self-nomination form (IST2020_paper_award_nomination_form), and
(3) return the completed form along with a blind/anonymized copy of their paper (Word or PDF format) to the conference organizers (ist2020@ait.ac.at) by July 31st.
The best poster award will be open to all poster presenters (selected by our IST2020 poster award subcommittee).
The IST2020 gallery award will be determined by a public vote among all IST2020 participants during the Conference (more details will be announced).
