Each Speed Talk Session durates usually 60 minutes. Live short presentations of 5 minutes (max.) are followed by 20 minutes of breakout discussion in separate online rooms. Unless announced otherwise, the last presenter in the program will chair the session. There will be a technical host/moderator and time-keeper for each session provided by the local organizing team.
In case your submission was accepted as a full paper or a speed talk and you would be willing to switch to our new format “Conference Gallery”, please let us know. The Conference Gallery offers the possibility to submit pre-recorded contributions and engage in live discussions with participants.
If you want to switch to the Gallery format, please send a brief email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line „Conference Gallery“ with your submission number and abstract title. We especially encourage those authors with more than one accepted contribution to check on their priorities, thank you!
